All content that is furnished by third-party users is published on areas of hottitspics.com which are under the control of third-party users. The operators are therefore exempt from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as specified in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). In keeping with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), the operator of hottitspics.com may delete any content which is considered illegal, defamatory, indecent, harmful or otherwise in conflict with the website's terms of use and/or policies.
